The fruit mousses were aromatic & hitting exactly the right balance between retaining enough natural fruit flavor & adding enough sugar to reduce acidity. They were fluffy & beautifully textured but unfortunately, the cherry jam was very sour & a tad too dominant. The biscuits were very well crafted & moist while the crumble provided a rich, buttery note & some texture.

Funnily, in the description it said there were accents of blueberry in the butter cream & it didn’t say anything about strawberries. Only that there was no butter cream so I’m not sure where they’d’ve put the blueberries.
